Wisconsin CEC Awards
Each year, the WI CEC Unit Awards highlight the individuals and groups making a difference in special education across our state. These awards provide an opportunity to recognize peers and colleagues for their leadership, service, and commitment to exceptional children—and we encourage members to submit nominations to help celebrate this important work.
The CEC Teacher of the Year Award
The Wisconsin Teacher of the Year Award honors an outstanding special educator whose instructional practices create effective, inclusive, and individualized learning environments. This award recognizes teachers who engage diverse learners through purposeful, collaborative instruction and meaningful lessons that reflect their beliefs about teaching and positively impact student learning and growth.
